Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

Size or design different from what was ordered

Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Tags, labels, and invoice must be intact

Return Process

Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order number and clear images or video of the issue

Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process
Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
Refund Method

Cash on Delivery orders → Refund via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

Online paid orders → Refunded to original payment method
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
Delivery Charges

Order Verification

All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch
