Refund policy

At Divinoor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering premium-quality bedsheets. However, if you face any issue with your order, please review our policy below.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

  • Size or design different from what was ordered

Return Conditions

  • Return request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and invoice must be intact

⚠️ Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Color variation due to lighting or screen display

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product has been used, washed, or damaged after delivery


Return Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram / Email within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number and clear images or video of the issue

  3. Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process


Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

Refund Method

  • Cash on Delivery orders → Refund via bank transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash

  • Online paid orders → Refunded to original payment method


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be issued


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or wrong items, return shipping cost will be covered by Divinoor


Order Verification

  • All Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch

  • Unverified orders may be cancelled
